Established in 1998 by Anthony Damen, the Personal Mortgage Managers father-son team takes pride in offering personalised, one-on-one advice to their clients throughout their property journey.

Co-Director
Adrian Damen
Adrian has always had an interest in property and the positive impact it has on the lives of his clients. Watching his father Anthony secure financial freedom through property planted a seed in Adrian – and he is now proudly following in his footsteps, entering the family business in 2018. Prior to joining the Personal Mortgage Managers business, Adrian enjoyed a successful career in team management within the customer service industry.
Spare time is spent with his young daughter Grace and wife Clare, where they can often be found walking their friendly pooch Alfie along Melbourne’s bayside beaches or spending valuable time with close friends. Adrian has a lifelong affiliation with the St Kilda and Arsenal football clubs, and has more recently developed a keen interest in Golf.

Anthony Damen
Anthony has a true passion for helping his clients achieve their property goals through good old fashioned service. Establishing Personal Mortgage Managers in 1998 after recognising there was a real need for a personal, reliable service when it comes to home loans, Anthony prides himself on building lasting partnerships and going the extra mile for his clients during what is a highly emotional time – homebuying!
Over his mortgage broking journey, Anthony has assisted hundreds of clients purchase their first property, upgrade their home, buy investment property and refinance over the course of their loan. Prior to mortgage broking, Anthony was a key account manager at a national financial institution, and prior to that was a school teacher for 15 years.
Like his son, Anthony is a St Kilda Football club supporter, and has umpired for 30 years. He now enjoys precious time with his two grandchildren and life along Melbourne’s bay beaches.
